How renting with RentCars24 works
The online flow combines the published fleet with a fresh price and availability check. Payment alone does not confirm the rental; the booking becomes confirmed after RentCars24 accepts it.
1. Choose a vehicle and rental period
Compare published vehicles and open the model you want. Select the pickup location, date, time and rental duration. The system then checks that exact vehicle for the chosen period.
2. Review the quote and rate plan
Before checkout you see the vehicle, period, pickup location, rate plan, total price, deposit, included mileage and cancellation deadline. Review these details before entering personal information.
3. Pay online and wait for confirmation
Stripe handles card details on its hosted payment page. A successful authorisation creates a pending reservation request first. The booking page then shows whether RentCars24 has confirmed the booking and the current payment status.
4. Collect, document and return
Bring the required original documents to Hagenbrunn at the confirmed time. Vehicle condition, mileage and fuel or charge level are documented at both handover and return.
