Rental prices and conditions explained
The binding total is calculated server-side for the selected vehicle, rental duration and rate plan, then displayed before payment. Static promotional prices do not replace that individual quote.
Rental periods and included mileage
The current rental periods are 1 day, 7 days and 30 days. They include 300, 800 and 4,000 kilometres respectively.
Each additional kilometre currently costs €0.20 including VAT. The documented pickup and return odometer readings determine the distance used.
Deposit and possible additional amounts
The refundable deposit is specific to the vehicle and appears on the vehicle page and booking review. It is not part of the online payment and is collected at pickup.
Usage-dependent amounts such as excess kilometres, missing fuel or charge, damage, tolls and fines are not included in the prepaid rental price. Only documented amounts that are lawfully owed may be charged.
Rate plans, cancellation and payment
The Flexible rate follows the exact cancellation deadline shown during booking. The discounted Non-refundable rate does not provide a contractual refund for voluntary customer cancellation.
Stripe hosts the card payment. The amount is first authorised and is captured only after RentCars24 accepts the reservation. The complete terms and cancellation policy remain authoritative.
